Quand une amie de Pays de Galles a venu nous visiter en Oklahoma pour la première foi, elle nous a demandé, "À quelles heure le train part de l'aéroport?" On a rit. On n'a pas eu une gare pendant 100 ans. En Oklahoma, tout le monde conduit.
Mais dans le pays connus pour le shinkansen, c'est facile aller partout en train. Je suis déjà allée plusieurs fois à Tokyo, et tous les week-ends je prend le train rendre une visite à ma sœur. Au Japon, les trains sont presque toujours à l'heure. Bien qu'il y a un accident, ils le soigne vite, et on ne perd pas beaucoup de temps. Les trains sont très propre et calme, et personne ne dérange personne.
Les japonais aiment leurs trains. Quand il fait beau, il y a toujours quelqu'un en fassant une photo.
Mais pour le travail, je vais par vélo.
